Cancellations made 72 hours or more before departure will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made within 72 hours of departure may incur cancellation fees due to accommodation, attraction, and operational costs already committed.

No-shows are not eligible for a refund.

If Perth Short Stay Tours cancels a tour due to weather, road closures, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances, guests will be offered either a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Changes to booking dates are subject to availability.
